| You can be a group leader for cruises, tours, and destination vacations. You can earn benefits for yourself and your group by becoming a
group coordinator. A & M Travel Inc. works with people who represent
companies, organizations, associations, clubs, groups, and several friends who want to
travel together. Or, you can ask us to help you form a group. |
Responsibilities of the Group Leader

The
responsibilities of the group leader (coordinator) follow:

to assemble the names and information for application for the travel
reservations, |
|
to help assure that the travelers depart with all the things they must have, |
|
to assist the group in travel as necessary, such as assuring that the group meets connections, |
|
to
help assure that the suppliers of travel services meet A & M Travel requirements
for high standards of performance, |
|
to
inform A & M Travel immediately of any problems so that we can help solve them as
soon as possible. |

Benefits of the Group Leader

You and/or the group will benefit in the following ways:

Free
or reduced fares - For example, for cruises, you will get one free berth for each 9 to 15 paid fares, depending on the cruise line and a number of other factors. In this example, the port charges and air fare to the port must be paid by
you. Higher number of persons in a group yields larger benefits. |

Discounts are available for groups. |
|
Special gifts, parties, and other amenities, depending on the travel or cruise
venue. |
|
Frequently free upgrades for groups, depending on the cruise or travel venue and the season
and other factors. |
